We collect minimal data to operate HackTheCart. When you search for products, we process your query to return results. If you provide a ZIP code, it is used solely to localize prices to stores near you.

What we do not do

• We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics trackers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We do not build advertising profiles from your searches.
• We do not require an account to use the service.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as remembering your selected ZIP code). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Search queries are not stored permanently. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes and then deleted.

Third-party services

We may use a content delivery network (CDN) to serve the site. CDN providers may process your IP address to route requests. We do not control their data practices but select providers with strong privacy commitments.
